It’s not just for Bikers
This is a most sophisticated piece of machinery – but do not get confused by the Technobabble. Incorporate a few minutes Wattbike exercise into each training session, and feel some (of the many) obvious benefits:
Healthier heart. Your muscles require more oxygenated blood. This puts a greater demand on the heart and lungs to pump the blood and your cardiovascular system to deliver that oxygenated blood. Regular exercise improves and strengthens both the cardiovascular and respiratory systems so they become stronger and more efficient.
