Our weight loss programme is the ideal place to start if you need to shed those pounds. We can help you overcome these hard to shift habits and we address the triggers that in the past have prevented weight loss and make you aware of potential hurdles in the future.

Lose weight and keep it off

No matter how much or how little you need to lose, we tailor every programme to suit you. Our programme does require you to exercise for a minimum of 2-3 times per week; this is based on a programme that changes along with your weight loss and fitness improvement.

Don't be put off by the scales or if you haven't done any exercise in years, we will ensure your workouts are ability matching, but with enough push to achieve goals. You won't believe what we can achieve together.

Many clients have tried several diets without success, indeed often after a brief period of weight loss this is followed by even more weight returning. A diet by itself will rarely work unless it is combined with an increase in the correct type of exercise which specifically targets fat loss.

We find that combining a progressive schedule of training with a few minor adjustments to the way you eat will quickly reduce your weight and most importantly keep it off. As well as being lighter, you will also look and feel younger, stronger and leaner, and have stacks more energy.

Physical assessment

Looking at body fat and weight, our trainers talk through your ideal weight and body fat percentage and devise a training plan to meet the targets, with a well thought out, educated plan.

Lifestyle assessment

Talking through adjustments that can be made, whether it is nutrition, exercise or sleeping habits, the White Room will cover every aspect to help your meet your goal.

Bio-mechanical analysis

Looking at the way your body moves and works, small adjustments can be made to cure injuries and make your body more efficient at exercising, meaning it is possible to exercise harder, for longer.

Endurance training

If your training for an event, or endurance training is your goal, the White Room specialise in endurance training programmes. Using weekly detailed plans the trainers will make sure your targets are hit successfully and sensibly.

Strength training

Strength training raises your resting metabolic rate – that is the amount of calories your body burns at rest; this is essential to make sure body fat is eliminated in the long term. Using intelligent resistance training, we condition the body and muscles to be stronger and to gain flexibility through using a full range of movement and specific stretches tailored to your needs and to target any areas of particular stiffness.

Flexibility

By using a full range of motion with resistance exercises and following a personally devised stretching programme, tight muscles and aches due to poor flexibility can be a thing of the past, whilst improving posture at the same time.

Dietary advice

After consulting with your White Room personal trainer, sensible advice will be given to improve your diet that will give you extra energy and provide you with the platform to achieve your goals.
