30 Day Reset

You have been putting it off for far too long. You feel tired the whole time. You must need a rest - so why not take it easy and put your feet up. Order food in for the evening and the next evening and the one after that. After all that resting, you should feel better, but you feel even worse. You’re eating too much, plus an extra glass of wine every now and then to help you sleep – but you wake up even more tired than when you went to bed.

You look at your diary. There’s a lot going on. Family pressures, deadlines at work. You look in the cupboard – where are the trainers? Hmmm – they’re not exactly cool, but they’ll do the job, plus a pair of baggy shorts from a lifetime away, and a T-shirt.

Finally you do it. Because no-one else can do it for you. Normally you would get a taxi even though its only 10 minutes’ walk away. Not today, because today is the day you reset your life.
