Countdown-Part 2: our new training areas

Monday 15 June: We will re-open soon
Every client will be allocated a separate area in which to workout with their White Room Fitness personal trainer.

Today have a look at Area 2 -
On our upper level and screened off from Area 1. It includes the equipment highlighted below.

Cardio:
Technogym running machine. Either to be used as a warm up, or increasing to short distances or some hard core intensity interval training or “hills” stamina and strength training.

Technogym cross trainer. A great warm up tool. Low impact on knees or back so ideal for those who have issues there. You can also get up a great sweat with hi tempo cardio.

Strength & Functional Movement:
Work out circuit: Generous space to do a combination circuit of conditioning, cardio and core with or without weights.

Free space: Kettlebells, free weights, bands, adjustable workout bench, barbells, floor mats, and power tower for chin ups, dips, & leg raises.
