30 Day Reset

You have known this for some time, but finally you are going to do something about it. You have little energy, you indulge just a bit too much, and you have lapsed into an unhealthy routine driven by day to day pressures. You need a plan to stop the rot.
In 30 days, you cannot do it all, but with our direction we can set you on the right road to better health, better habits, improved appearance and weight loss. Feel more positive and get that spring back in your step. Our combined regime of exercise & nutrition is scientifically proven to get results.

Kick-start Your Fitness

Get going. Your first session will include an initial Functional Movement and InBody Screen to highlight any need for adaptation of exercises, plus advice on realistic expectations of goals. You will be sent nutritional guidelines to ensure the you can observe the correct amounts of calorie, protein, vitamins etc.

Training. You will have a total of 20x 1 hour sessions of Personal training at our luxury private fitness gym. We will schedule your appointments to times that fit into your routine based on 4x or 5x sessions per week. Emphasis is on resistance training, the most beneficial for body composition; every session is individually designed & continuously fine-tuned according to your progress.

Results.
We regularly record key Exercises, Strength and InBody Screening so that we can monitor progress. Ultimately the end result is down to you, but we will be with you every step of the way. Typically clients will want to achieve fat/weight loss whilst gaining definition, toning and muscle; however the programme is also suitable for naturally thin clients to increase muscle and gain strength.

Fat / Weight loss and muscle gain

Intelligent training integrated with proper nutrition plan will start the process of sustainable fat loss along with an increase in strength, confidence and wellbeing.

Core Strength

By combining our exercise & nutrition plans, you will build a stronger core and achieve more defined abdominals.

Strength & conditioning plus flexibility

Resistance training conditions the body and muscles to be stronger as well as gaining flexibility through using a full range of movement tailored to your needs.

Number of Sessions

20 x 1 hour sessions of Personal Training on a one-to-one basis are included.

Nutrition

You will be sent nutritional data to ensure the you can observe the correct amount of calorie, protein and carbohydrate intake. Example meals can be provided.

Progress reports

Your progress will be measured regularly, usually once per week, to monitor improvements.

Mobility and flexibility

Posture and flexibility will improve, making everyday activities easier.
